The challenge

Show a modern factory-to-residential transformation as archviz that feels believable for living, not only technical.

The approach

I modelled the architecture, set human-scale cameras, rendered with V-Ray / Vantage, and cut a short film with collaborators to sell atmosphere and reuse of space.

The result

An archviz case with hero stills and a walkthrough video that explains the residential conversion.
